SouthEast Connector Project Team Recognition

Dear Stakeholder:

No matter the nature, the SouthEast Connector Project Team takes all comments, questions and concerns regarding the project with the upmost importance. One comment received over and over again recognizes the outstanding work from the Granite Construction flaggers who guide both drivers and construction vehicles and equipment safely through the project.

“Their upbeat, positive attitude is exactly what I need to face the day,” one resident wrote in an appreciation letter to the flaggers on Mira Loma Drive.

Granite Construction showed their gratitude for the flaggers at this month’s all-hands safety meeting where they were awarded gift cards and certificates for their hard work and constant positive attitudes while on the job.

Holiday Shutdown

The Southeast Connector Project will be shut down for the holidays, with no working operations, from December 23, 2016 through January 2, 2017.

Security will be patrolling the project site during the holiday shutdown, and project personnel will be on-site for regular inspections and on-call in the event of an emergency.
